My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was like an 'apart hotel' style, spacious, and comfortable, although the bed was made of two single beds pushed together. The hotel is in great condition and offers a cozy environment. The service provided by the staff was attentive and professional, though there was a peculiar incident where I was asked to take my bicycle inside. The location, in a nice residential area slightly outside the city center, was peaceful but not very well-connected to dining options. The dining experience wasn't impressive, especially the limited breakfast selection. However, the facilities were well-kept and added to the comfort of my stay.

I was really impressed by the size and quality of the standard room; they were extremely spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the Azkena Rock area was a big plus. However, the dining experience could be improved as there were extra charges for basic commodities like a microwave, and it was quite far from the city center.
